How do you motivate yourself to do one of the recommended mini workouts like the 7-minute one? I have a hard time with that because I tell myself that isn’t “enough” to be worth changing clothes, and have an easier time getting dressed for a full gym workout because I know it’s going to burn a lot more calories. (Except then on the days my schedule is too packed gym is the first thing to go.)
